Using Passion Planners to Organize Life

Happy New Year Friends!

I’m a little late with this post but can we all agree that January has flown by? With the start of the New Year, it’s a time many of us take to reflect on the past and create goals and visions for the future.

Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit scattered and disorganized in this chapter of my life but towards the end of last year I came across Passion Planners on Instagram. The images and creativity of other people’s planners inspired me so much to get organized and buy this book to try it out for myself.

What I Like

What is neat about this planner is that it not only includes an agenda, but it also allows you express your creatively and goals. Passion and Mind Roadmaps are encouraged throughout the planner to keep you on track for what you want to accomplish.

Made with vegan-friendly faux leather, the book is very customizable as there are blank spaces for extra doodles, thoughts or other projects that you may want to work on such as finances, fitness or applying for jobs. There are also printer friendly inserts available for ideas on the Passion Planner’s website which are available for you expand your creativity.

Drawbacks

Right now, I’m still getting used to the daily appointment calendar part of the planner which requires me to specify the times that I must complete my tasks, as I find it hard to plan out what time I must start and get things done. Perhaps this section should have been left open-ended for us to insert our own time slots.

Another downfall for me is the large size of the planner. Ideally I would like to carry it around with me everywhere I go, but since it’s a bit bulky, it does not fit in my current purse (but that can be solved with a new purse right? :P)

Other than those two things, I am really enjoying my Passion Planner! It has helped me use artistic skills and at the same time organize my thoughts and ideas. How do you get organized? Do you use a planner? Please share your thoughts!

  1. I'm glad you are enjoying your passion planner! the passion and mind roadmaps sound interesting! I use the Happy Planner and I love using the stickers to plan out my weeks. I also have a fitness insert I am loving as well. Happy planning!
