Those who don't jump will never fly

Hi Internet, Happy New Year!

I know, I know… it’s been awhile since I’ve last blogged here. I haven’t written a post in such a long time! But as the year comes to an end and as I reflect on the past year, I’ve decided that I want to make blogging more of a habit! Today’s the last day of 2017 and as always, it feels like time has flown by! This year was filled with lots of experiences that have made an impact on my life. Some of the highlights include organizing events to give back to the community, travelling to Japan and California and meeting and bonding with family and friends.

I’ve realized that for 2018, I want to not only make more good memories but I also want to focus on two main things; being at peace with myself and work on relationships that matter to me. This year I want to really work on accepting and understanding my own body more. I want to challenge myself, work on my health, better manage my time, and develop new skills and knowledge and to just try new things! They say that, “Those who don’t jump will never fly.” As time passes by, I’ve realized how important relationships are and although everyone seems to always be busy, I’ve found that you can always make time for those who matter. I've been guilty of not putting in the time and effort as well. I want to be able to bond with more people, meet new faces and learn from their experiences. This year I want to write more about my journey to share with all of you. Follow my blog with Bloglovin

What are your intentions for 2018? Cheers to the New Year!

  1. Welcome back Leeanna! Happy New Year! I was so happy to see this post :) I think those are really great goals to work on. I agree that we are all busy and we should make time for friends and family and people who are important to us. I will be working on this goal too. It sounds like it will be a great year for you and looking forward to reading your posts.
